The ASEAN Film Festival (AFF) 2024, organised by the Hong Kong ASEAN Foundation (HKAF), commenced earlier this month, introducing films from all 10 ASEAN countries to Hong Kong for the first time in a single festival, that runs till 28 September.

The Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation (HKAF) is delighted to announce the second edition of the ASEAN Film Festival (AFF), taking place from 5 to 28 September 2024. For the first time in Hong Kong, the Festival will feature films from all 10 ASEAN countries, offering free screening of over 20 films to foster cross-cultural understanding and celebrate ASEAN's diverse cultures.

We welcome the visa-free scheme that enables seamless travel to the mainland for non-Chinese permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macau.

We are delighted to have supported the Welcoming Programme (30 April 2024), an important occasion organised by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Indonesia in Hong Kong to help newly arrived Indonesians to adapt to the new environment.
